Anti-Fatigue Gel Floor Mats

Welcome to gel floor mats.com, your source for the latest anti-fatigue, gel floor mats on the web.

If you spend a lot of time on your feet, whether it be in the kitchen, at work, or both, you may have aches and pains in your feet, back, hips and/or knees.  It can happen while you’re preparing meals (specially for holidays or parities) or washing dishes. It can leave you feeling exhausted and in a bad mood.

But there is a solution to your problem that you can find online. It’s a Gel Floor Mat.

There are many gel floor mats on the market that advertise anti-fatigue benefits but do they really work?  A good floor mat is  essential in today’s well equipped kitchen.  But until recently, most types of floor mats have been primarily used in terms of food preparation in restaurants and were not made for comfort there, or in the home.

Gel Floor Mats will help prevent lower back and foot pain associated with standing on hard kitchen flooring.  These unique gel filled mats are the only kitchen product that most consumers will use every single time they’re in the kitchen, and the only one that can actually improve how you feel!

More and more retailers as well as home consumers are purchasing multiple gel floor mats at a time. They will typically use one to place in front of the kitchen sink and one in front of the stove. Other retailers will use them at their check out area, both for the employee as well as the customers to stand on.

Gel floor mats contain a shock absorbing soft yet solid (not liquid) non-toxic gel that helps to reduce pain in your feet, legs and lower back from the pressure of standing for long periods of time. Standing for an hour or more on a hard floor causes muscles to tighten and block blood flow, which causes aches and pains and even forces the heart to work harder.

Gel floor mats are not too soft, but just soft enough to cause some movement in your muscles which will encourage blood flow preventing tension and/or muscle spasms.

Some gel filled kitchen floor mats have a leather top surface, while others might be covered in vinyl. They are very easy to keep clean by sweeping and using a paper towel, cloth or sponge with just soap and water.

But one thing to remember is that even if it is liquid proof and it gets wet on the bottom from damp mopping or cleaning, be sure to dry it thoroughly before putting it back down on your floor to be sure it won’t stick to it.

The anti-fatigue gel floor mat was developed by a former Dell executive to help his wife, who would find herself exhausted and fatigued after standing for hours preparing and cooking holiday meals. She was so tired she’d be unable to enjoy the festivities.

Check out some of them here. Just click and hold the arrows to get it to move right or left, then select the one you like.

You may think the prices are too high, but if you think about it, it’s a really good investment because you will use it every time you work in the kitchen and you will feel so much better.  For example, would you buy a cheap mattress when you spend 1/3 of your life sleeping on it? I hope you wouldn’t. If you did, you’d have lousy sleepless nights and back aches.

So if you’re suffering from sore feet, aching legs and lower back pain from standing too long, then you should seriously think about buying a Gel Floor Mat. They are not only functional, they are stylish too, and will look great in any kitchen.

There are color and texture choices including the original basket weave, faux crocodile, ostrich and rattlesnake finishes in a range of colors.

One customer, a 63 year-old woman who has Osteoporosis and suffers with terrible hip pain said “…it was like walking on a cloud.”   She also said she’d never want to stand on a hard floor again. Another customer said she’d like to cover her whole kitchen floor with the gel floor mats.

If you are a retailer of high-end gourmet, ergonomic or floor coveringproducts, or if you are a home consumer and are interested in finding out more about gel filled floor mats for your kitchen, click here for more information.

This is a great product and comes highly recommended.  It is a wonderful alternative to the traditional “kitchen sink” rug.

I’m going to coat-tail on what “Very Evolved” said… The way you connect to your audience is… Know who you are writing to. You need to pick a Target Audience and stick to them. You wouldn’t write to an audience of 14yr olds the same way you would write to an audience of 60yr olds.
